Terms & Conditions

The Body by Soph Method®️

 

Effective Date: 26th February 2025

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, training, courses, digital materials, machinery and products provided by Soph London and The Body by Soph Method®️.

 

By purchasing, booking, downloading, accessing or attending any service or training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Digital Courses and Online Materials – Strictly Non-Refundable

 

All digital products are strictly non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:​

• Online courses

• Video training programmes

• Downloadable manuals

• Digital workbooks

• Masterclasses

• Replay access

• Recorded demonstrations

 

Once:

• Access has been granted

• Login credentials have been issued

• Materials have been downloaded

• The programme has commenced

the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

 

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction, lack of engagement, business outcomes, or failure to complete the course.

 

Digital content contains proprietary intellectual property belonging to Soph London and The Body by Soph Method®️ and is protected accordingly.

2. In-Person Training – Non-Refundable

All in-person training bookings are non-refundable.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Once a course has taken place or a delegate has attended, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Transfers to alternative dates may be considered at the sole discretion of Soph London with a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the training date.

Failure to attend without prior written agreement results in forfeiture of all fees paid.

 

3. Treatments – Non-Refundable Once Performed

All treatments are non-refundable once carried out.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lymphatic Drainage

• Body Sculpting

• Cavitation

• Radiofrequency

• Brazilian Sculpting

• The Body by Soph Method®️

 

Results vary based on individual physiology, lifestyle, medical history, compliance with aftercare and biological factors.

No guarantees are provided regarding aesthetic outcomes.

No refunds will be given based on perceived results or personal expectations.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, scripts, techniques, diagrams, manuals, training videos, branded systems and treatment methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Soph London.

You may not:

• Copy

• Record

• Share

• Distribute

• Teach

• Replicate for resale

• Adapt for commercial training

 

without prior written consent.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

5. Complimentary Machinery Bonus

Where machinery is provided as part of an in-person training programme, it is supplied as a complimentary bonus item.

The machinery:

• Is not included in the course price

• Has no standalone retail value within the training agreement

• Does not form part of the contractual consideration

• Does not alter the non-refundable nature of the course

 

As such:

• No refund, discount, partial refund or compensation may be claimed in relation to the machinery

• The presence of a complimentary machine does not create grounds for course cancellation

 

6. Machinery Warranty

All complimentary machinery includes a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Incorrect voltage use

• Misuse or negligence

• Improper storage

• Cosmetic damage

• Wear and tear

• Unauthorised repair or modification

 

Any faults must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.

Liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement at the discretion of Soph London.

No monetary refunds will be issued in relation to complimentary machinery.​

The warranty is void if the machine is used outside the training guidelines provided.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

 

Initiating a chargeback after accessing digital content or attending training constitutes breach of contract.

Soph London reserves the right to:

• Provide access logs and attendance records as evidence

• Recover associated costs

• Restrict future purchases

• Pursue legal remedies where necessary​

8. Limitation of Liability

All training is educational in nature and does not constitute medical advice.

Students are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate insurance

• Working within their legal scope of practice

• Following health and safety regulations

Soph London accepts no liability for misuse of techniques or application beyond training scope.
