Terms & Conditions
SOPH LONDON TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
By booking a treatment, purchasing a course, attending an event, accessing online content, purchasing a product, or using any services provided by Soph London, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Soph London reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. THERAPIST DIRECTORY AND BOOKINGS
Soph London acts as a platform connecting clients with independent therapists.
All therapists listed through Soph London have provided evidence of their qualifications, certificates and insurance prior to approval.
It remains the sole responsibility of each therapist to ensure their qualifications, insurance, registrations and professional requirements remain valid, current and compliant at all times.
Whilst reasonable checks are carried out before approval, Soph London accepts no responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, negligence, advice, treatments, conduct or services provided by independent therapists.
Any complaint, claim, dispute, injury, loss, damage or legal matter arising from treatment provided by an independent therapist shall be the responsibility of that therapist and not Soph London.
3. CLIENT HEALTH DECLARATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information when booking.
During the booking process, clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, surgeries, implants, pregnancy, recent procedures or any other relevant health information.
Where a client indicates that they have a medical condition, it is their responsibility to provide full details so the therapist can assess suitability for treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused.
Soph London and the treating therapist shall not be liable for any injury, complication, adverse reaction or outcome resulting from undisclosed health conditions or inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. TREATMENT RESULTS
Individual results vary from person to person.
Soph London and its therapists do not guarantee any specific treatment outcome, including but not limited to body contouring results, fluid reduction, inch loss, weight loss, wellbeing improvements, pain reduction or aesthetic results.
Results are dependent upon numerous factors including lifestyle, health conditions, hydration, aftercare compliance and individual physiology.
5. COURSE BOOKINGS
All course bookings are strictly non refundable.
Course dates may be transferred to another available date provided a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given before the scheduled course date.
Requests made within 14 days of the course date may be refused.
Failure to attend a course without notice will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or transfer will be provided.
Soph London reserves the right to amend course dates, venues, trainers, course structure or content where necessary.
6. COURSE DEPOSITS
All course deposits are strictly non refundable.
Deposits secure a training place and cover administration, preparation, materials, venue costs and reserved training spaces.
By paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All event bookings are strictly non refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Upon booking, funds are immediately allocated towards venue hire, staffing, materials, administration, catering, guest speakers, marketing and event preparation costs.
For this reason, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.
If a ticket holder is unable to attend, Soph London may, at its sole discretion, allow the ticket to be transferred to another person or a future event. This is not guaranteed and must be agreed in writing.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit or transfer.
Soph London reserves the right to amend event dates, venues, speakers, schedules or content where necessary.
In the unlikely event that Soph London cancels an event entirely, attendees will be offered either a transfer to a future event or a refund at Soph London’s discretion.
